Physical education teacher Don Moore helps a student understand archery Sept. 18 at Skyview Middle School in Falcon School District 49. The school, a state champion in archery, received a $2,500 Colorado Healthy School Champions award this year. Archery is a unique way to get kids involved in fitness, according to Tony Marino, physical education teacher. Marino, the coordinated school health team leader, says a big reason why Skyview Middle School received the grant is its successful breakfast program.
