10th CSH Deploys for Combat Casualty Care

More than 100 Soldiers from Company A, 10th Combat Support Hospital, attend a deployment ceremony Nov. 4 at Manhart Field, Fort Carson, Colo. About 230 Soldiers from the unit will travel overseas for a yearlong lifesaving mission in Afghanistan.
